Gold Ray is combined multicomponent medication containing: bee milk (Royal jelly) – 1000 mg, beta-carotene – 2500 IU, wheat germ oil – 500 mg, garlic powder – 100 mg.
Bee milk (Royal jelly) contains 110 active components: proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, plant-steroids, macroergic compounds. From proteins γ-globulins are remarkable, having antibacterial and antiviral actions. Contains all essential and nonessential amino acids. Royal jelly amino acid composition is identical to meat, egg and milk composition except that it contains more Aspartic and Glutamic acids, which are crucial for normal brain functioning. In carbohydrates Glucose and Fructose are of same ratio as it is in honey. Dextrose, saccharose, maltose and ribose are also included. Lipids consist of unique structural short chain free fatty acids, main fatty acid by which containment is assessed the product’s quality is 10-hydroxy-2-decanoic acid (HAD). Royal jelly contains the following minerals and macroelements: K, Ca, Na, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Au, Cr, Si, Ni, Ag, Co. It contains the following water-soluble vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, H. Vitamin B5 amount is very high, and Vitamin H and B3 amounts 15-20 times exceed amount present in plant’s dust. Gonadotrophic hormones are identified in Royal jelly, enzymes – Oxidase, Phosphatase and Cholinesterase are also present. Purine base nucleotides – Adenosine, Uridine, Guanosine, Cytidine and ATP, ADP and AMP from macroergic compounds.
β-carotene is the provitamin of retinol (Vitamin A). From single molecule of β-carotene 2 molecules of retinol are derived. It is considered that β-carotene is plant form of Vitamin A that is more active than synthetic retinol.
Wheat germ oil – Vitamin E exists in 8 forms (4 tocopherols and 4 tocotrienols). 8 formsofVitamin E stereo-isomers 4 are 2R-stereo isomers (RRR-, RSR-, RRS-, SRR-, α-tocopherols) and 4 are 2S-stereo isomers (RSS-, SSR-, SRS-, SSS-, α-tocopherols). From stereo isomers 2S isomers are inactive in humans, apart from 2R isomers – with RRR α-tocopherol having highest biologic activity. Only RRR a tocopherol has its own transporter protein, and ability to be re-secreted from liver and maintain high plasma concentration. According to the latest data only RRR-α-tocopherol has high antioxidant activities.
Garlic powder – Its therapeutic actions are determined by sulfur containing compounds: Alycine (broad spectrum strong antibiotic, effective against gram(+) and gram(-) organisms), Eioene (inhibits thrombocyte aggregation and thrombus formation). It has antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans. Among Dialylsulfides, Dialyltrisulfide (DATS) is remarkable which normalizes liver functions and also posses antifungal and antibacterial actions. Allyxine – increase organism’s resistance against stress. Pectin – reduces plasma cholesterol and triglyceride levels. In addition garlic contains vitamins of B group and also vitamins A, D, E, C. It also contains minerals and microelements: K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Si, P, Fe, Zn, Se and Ge.
The detailed analysis of Gold Ray showed that, its components are effective as antioxidant, immune-stimulating, metabolic and hormonal regulators. It increases livers protective barrier and estrogen inactivating actions. Everything mentioned above is important and rational for complex treatment of mammary gland diseases.
MAMMARY GLAND DISEASES
Mastitis – It is inflammatory and sometimes suppurative pathology of breast. It is mainly caused by Staphylococcus and Streptococcus during lactation. It can have serious clinical expression as phlegmonic and abscessing forms. Treatment process is complex and in addition to all the necessary procedures it requires antibacterial medications and Gold Ray, antibacterial agents are necessary for elimination of causative microorganisms and Gold Ray – to faster recovery process and to increase antimicrobial treatment efficiency.
Mastopathy – also called fibro-cystic breast disease. It is characterized by wide spectrum of proliferative and regressive changes in glandular parenchyma that results in deranged ratio between connective and epithelial tissue components in mammary glands. The pathology may have atrophic, fibrosing or cystic forms. Mastopathy affects 50% of women in their lifetime. Cancer risk increases 2.6 times in case of hyperplastic changes and 6 times in case of atypical changes. There are mainly two forms: nodular that obeys to conservative (surgical) methods with following biopsy of the sample for cancer exclusion and medication treatment with gestagenic, anti-steroidal, anti-inflammatory, and anti-prolactin medications in addition to vitamins.
Gold Ray’s multicomponent composition and its wide spectrum of actions give opportunity to include it in mastopathy treatment regimen.
Breast cancer – Is the most wide spread and frequent disease in oncology. According to statistical data its prevalence has increasing trends even in countries with low prevalence. The main risk factors are early menarche and late menopause, first labor over age of 30 or nulliparity, presence of atypical fibrocystic changes in breast glandular parenchyma, family history of breast cancer and genetic mutations of tumor suppressor genes BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 and etc.
Mammary gland cancer is aggressive and fulminant disease. Its treatment with life guarantee is possible only during early stages of disease. That’s why screening programs are held all over the world and in our country (National Screening Project). Treatment option in any case is complex and encompass surgical, chemotherapeutic, hormonal, bio-therapeutic and radiation measures.
The latest treatment strategies, guidelines and regimens are being developed and evaluated by international doctors of mammology in the city of Sweden Saint Allen. The prospects are for improving treatment and outcome of the disease in the future.
The role of Gold Ray in can be determined by its unique effects and can be used concomitantly during chemotherapy and radiation therapy courses.
Therapeutic medication Gold Ray can be recommended as an adjuvant for conservative treatment methods of breast cancer.
